| There’s a guard at the clean and welcoming entrance with modern elevator and the code-lock on the door. A lot of restaurants, stores and shopping centers are there near the house. The parking-lot is in the yard.
The apartment has two separate rooms which were renovated in 2005. The design and the furniture of the flat make it feel comfortable and pleasant to be there. Those who like arts will appreciate the pictures made of tapestry.
The living-room is furnished with a big expandable sofa and three fancy leather arm-chairs. There is also TV set, VCR, stereo, air-conditioner and parquetry floor. The bed-room is in white. It has a big double bed, two bed-side tables, a mirrored compartment- wardrobe, an air-conditioner and jalousie.
The kitchen was ordered on the special project and it greatly fits into the design of the flat. We also provide the set of dishes for six persons, double-camera refrigerator, steam-remover, microwave oven and electric boiler.
The bathroom is renovated with modern materials of good quality. It has a washing machine, a boiler, a hair-drier, an iron and an ironing board, as well as a shampoo and terry-cloth towels.
Cleaning and changing bed-sheets are included in the accommodation fee.
